No minimum order for samples prior to prototype approval
Order minimum of 50 units per style, 10 units per style color (if with stone).
$1,000 minimum sales total per order.
Orders are generally completed within one to two months. Small orders may be completed in less.

Special Services

At minimal added cost CJMSEA can ship product with your packaging, attatch UPC labels, and assemble packaged assortments for your customers.
We can drop ship directly to your customers.

Payments

A 50% deposit of projected shipped total is due upon acceptance of an order.
Balance of total is due immediately before shipment is made.
Payments can be paid by.....

Prices

Due to our low margins and the fluctuating costs of materials, prices may change at any time.
After we receive your order we quote you the prices for the items on the order as soon as possible. We then await your confirmation. Prices are only good for one week. If we receieve your confirmation within one week your prices are locked in for that order.

Shipping

From Thailand we usually ship either UPS or FedEx. From Bali we usually ship DHL. These choices are based on our experience as to who provides the best service and prices in each respective country. We will although ship with the carrier as per your designation if you have a preference.
We bill our customers the full cost of shipping. Upon request we will bill your account but be advised in most situations for you it is cheaper for us to pay here in Asia than to bill your account. This is due to the fact that promotional boxes are billed locally at a cheaper rate.
Billing is made from the CJMSEA company that the shipment is from. Currently PLM Import/Export ships from Bali and CJMSEA (Thailand) ships from Thailand.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with any portion of our shipments to you then we will authorize you to return the goods to us at our expense (shipping costs). We will then issue full credit for the goods on your next order.
